Hair Conditioning Tips

Hair Conditioning TipsFirst of all, hair conditioning is its moistening. But hair conditioner has sleeking and repairing functions except of moisturizing. Hair conditioner value is not only in the fact that after using it we have well-groomed, shining hair that do not get tangled, but in the fact that it restores the hair, moisturizes and protects it from harmful environment as well. What should we know about the hair conditioner for using it with maximum benefit for the hair?

• Any type of hair needs conditioning. Even greasy hair requires moisturizing.

• There is no need to keep normal hair conditioning on hair because it is not a mask. Conditioning substance must stay on hair surface but not penetrate inside it.

• In contrast to conventional conditioner, intensive conditioner should not just being hold on the hair during the time specified in the instructions, it is better to wear a plastic hat or a plastic bag, and cover the head with towel.

• Intensive conditioners (whey) can moisturize the hair more deeply, but you cannot use them oftener than once per two weeks.

• If it is indicated on the vial with hair conditioner that it needs to be washed off, do not keep it on the hair. The conditioner not being washed could not prevent your hair from overdrying with hairdryer, but could make it heavier, so it becomes greasy very quickly.

• Those people commit an error that apply hair conditioner only at the hair tips and do not wash it off, trying to cure splitting tips. Regular using of hair conditioner is capable to prevent the emergence of splitting tips, but the conditioner is not able to cure them.

• Indelible conditioners that can be applied on dry hair are produced as sprays. You should not simply splash hair conditioner on your hair but distribute it with your hands along the hair in the direction from roots to tips, allegedly smoothing your locks. Another portion of the hair conditioner should be applied to your hair tips.

Algorithm of hair conditioning:
1. Wash your head with shampoo, then gently wring out your hair or blot it with towel and then apply the conditioner.
2. Air-conditioner is designed to moisturize the hair only, so do not apply it on hair roots, and of course do not rub it into head skin.
3. After applying the conditioner, do not forget to comb your hair and distribute it evenly on your hair.
4. For better work of hair conditioner, you should wash it off properly with cool water.

Treat Your Hair with Natural Masks Only. Part 1.

Treat Your Hair with Natural Masks OnlyYour hair problems will definitely go off right after their nourishing mode is the right way adjusted, with vitamins and natural hair masks applied regularly. Hair is considered to represent a woman the same way her visit card does. I regret to state that nature hasn’t endowed all the women with thick and shiny head of hair. If you DO wish to get beautiful healthy hair then go ahead, apply masks to treat it with. Those are the simplest and most effective mean to protect your hair from hostile environment impact, to make it shiny and silky.

We often neglect hair masks and limit our hair treatment down to balsam mostly, sometimes to shampoo only. Hair balsam and conditioners regular applying is aimed to reduce shampoos’ negative impact on your hair structure, also to give your hair plenty of nutrients. As for the mask – it should be your regular procedure. Masks satiate your hair with nutrients immediately, moisten it, remove visible injuries, improve its structure and make it shiny.

Believe me, any type of hair needs nourishing and moistening masks. Lightened hair is being dried our heavily thus it need to be moistened and nourished at least twice a week. Greasy hair needs to be treated with adsorbing clay based masks. Long greasy hair often has pretty dry tips. If YES, then your greasy hair needs some adsorption, while the tips "wish" to be nourished and "agglutinated". Your splitting hair tips require a different mask to be applied – the butyraceous one.

How often should you apply masks? It depends on your hair type and condition. While critical condition, go ahead and use the mask 2-3 times per a week; once a month will be good enough for prophylactic usage. Please, follow up some rules when preparing hair masks on your own. The most important thing – the fresh-made natural masks should be used for your hair treatment. Keep it on for a strictly defined period of time and then wash your hair thoroughly.

Any masks, except the ones for greasy hair roots treatment, should be carefully spread from the mid of your hair-length approximately as the root zone of it is not injured, it’s pretty still fit and pretty strong and such a method is not really necessary applied. The best way to spread the masks is to be rubbed into the hairs without touching skin with your head bowed down.

Dark Chocolate or Black Night? Your Choice is Basma!

Your Choice is Basma! There is another favorite hair dye besides henna in the East. It is called basma. This vegetable hair dye is environmentally friendly. It is prepared from dried leaves of tropical plant indigo, which have greenish grey color. Basma can be used only with henna or coffee, because basma itself can dye your hair in green or greenish blue. Basma has excellent cosmetology properties: it stimulates hair growth and gives it a natural shine, improves hair structure, strengthens hair roots, and eliminates dandruff.

Also as henna, basma should be prepared immediately before applying on hair; you have not to store a hair dye. Take from 20 till 100 grams of basma and henna powder depending on your hair length. The proportion is determined depending on the desired tone and hue intensity. Having dissolved a powder in proportion of 1:1 you will get a nice brown hue. If you want to get hair so black as night, the proportion should be 1:2 (henna: basma); but having changed the proportion of components (1:2 basma: henna) you will get hair of bronze color.

Apply the dye dissolved with water to cream mixture to dry or wet clean hair; it is better to start with back of the head. Then apply the dye on top of the head and on temples, and then on the entire length. For effect enhancing you should put plastic hat on your head, and then cover it with a towel. Keep the dye for 20-30 minutes (for having a light tone), or 1-3 hours (for having rich dark tone).

However, dyes from natural ingredients are not permanent as chemical dyes are. Therefore hair dyed with henna or basma should be spared; wash it with mild shampoos and rinse it with conditioners and balms of the same type (do not use deep cleaning shampoos!). Maintain the color intensity using such a rinse. Pour the mixture of 25 grams of henna and 25 grams of basma with 1.5 liters of boiling water. Filter the mixture carefully, cool it and rinse your hair with it. You have to moisturize your hair regularly and nourish it with protein masks for keeping the resulting hair shine. You can make the mask by yourself: mix 2 egg yolks, 1 teaspoon of honey, aloe leaf juice, 1 teaspoon of castor oil.

You should remember: if your hair is dyed with vegetable dye, you cannot use artificial dyes. The reaction of chemical agents with henna and basma can lead to unexpected results, including blue or green hue. Natural dye has to be completely washed off.

Winter Beauty Program for Your Hair

Winter Beauty Program for Your HairCold and dense hats is not an easy test for your hair. Your hair is crumpled, and thus it becomes more fragile, it does not "breathe" and becomes greasy faster. Besides, lack of vitamins in the body begins to affect the general condition of your hair negatively. To maintain a luxurious head of hair, you need to apply regenerative therapy regularly; and then your hair will become soft, silken and gentle.

Masks with clay and ash berries will help you to fight against wiry greasy hair. Here is the recipe of a clay mask. Take a packet of green cosmetic clay; dilute it with water according to the instruction. Add a few drops of wheat sprout oil (or calendula, or rosemary oil). Apply the mask on your hair and put a plastic cap on your head. Leave it for 30 minutes, and then wash it away carefully massaging your head. Mask of ash berries: mash fresh berries in a bowl; add a few drops of mint pepper essential oil. Put the pulp on your hair and head skin and hold it for 30 minutes. Then rinse your hair carefully.

If your curls look dull, brittle and lifeless, the vitamin session will help to revive them. Vegetable oils and natural ingredients are the excellent basis for such session. For example, here is a honey-oat mask: mix 100 grams of honey, 100 grams of oat flakes, and in 5 drops of lemon and cucumber juice. Heat the mixture slightly, and then rub it into your hair roots. Wash it away after 30 minutes. Repeat the procedure once a week.

You should try the following effective procedures to restore the structure of damaged hair. Compress with burdock oil. Distribute oil along the length of your hair, wrap you head up with towel and hold it for 30 minutes. After that you should wash your hair with shampoo carefully. Burdock oil is an excellent remedy to restore the hair structure, and to protect your hair from frangibility. Try burdock roots lotion. Steam several crushed burdock roots (or parsley, or licorice) and rinse your clean hair with this decoction. Rub it into your hair massaging your head skin, leave it for 2-3 minutes and wash it away. This remedy delivers your hair from the dandruff.

Regenerative mask will help to ensure your hair protection from wind and cold, as well as hair tips protection from splitting-off. Mix 1 egg yolk with 1 tablespoon of burdock oil, add few drops of olive oil. If you have greasy hair, you can add a few drops of fresh lemon juice. Heat the mixture slightly and apply it on your wet hair (you should not rub it into your hair roots). Put a plastic hat on your head, wind a towel round your head and leave it for 1 hour, then wash the mask away with water and shampoo.

In addition, it is very important to comb your hair regularly if you want your hair to look shiny and well-groomed. You should comb your hair every morning and evening. It is better to comb it in different directions 4-5 minutes before going to bed; it improves skin blood supply. The comb should be with a few scallops, made of bone, wood, horn or plastic.
