Comb your hair on several occasions a day. There is an old-established secret of beautiful hair: one hundred comb movements every evening. Combing smooth your hair and make them more flexible. By the way, scalp massaging intensifies blood supply and provides intensive hair growth for abundant hair. The best way of such massage is to comb your hair at the open air or next to the open window, if it is possible.

Cut hair from time to time. Even you have long abundant hair and don’t need any correction. Cut just tips two or three times a year. Clipped hair grow better and don’t fracture or damage with its tips. If you have delicate non-volume hair the problem can be handled with haircut. If you cut you hair with graduate cut, it will let you to create and maintain a specific shape and form, you hair may seem to be volume because of different length of the forelocks.

• Try to dry your hair in the open air. We are always in a hurry but hair-steamer drying is destructive to hair health. And then you should remember: don’t comb wet hair, just air it a little.

So most important rules are: keep hair clean; comb your hair more often than you used to, find a good hairdresser to maintain your headdress and not to use hair-steamer very often.

Nevertheless some of us have beautiful hair intrinsically, but others go on putting in big licks to maintain their hair in good order and appropriate condition.

Let’s recapitulate the most important hair care guidelines:

• Keep hair clean. There is a wrong, but generally held opinion that frequent washing, especially frequent shampooing is injurious to your hair and hair bulbs. It is absolutely incorrect! It is impossible to equalize a quantity of frequent washings for greasy and dry hair. Remember, washing is not more harmful for your hair than dirt and cutaneous grease. By the way during the washing you massage you scalp and intensify blood supply that is very healthsome for your hair and hair bulbs. So the first rule: wash your hair as necessary.

• If you use hair styling products, you need extra clearance from time to time. Styling products as setting or volumizing mousses, hair sprays and hair wax, soil your hair more than usual and can be incompletely deleted with your common shampoo. When your hair is soiled it loses volume and looks like dirty or greasy hair. So find a shampoo for deep purification or pilling shampoo, and use it as may be necessary.
